2 Years ago, I decided to embark on a journey that would lead to me leaving everything I knew in California and coming here, to New York City.

In search of being the young man I yearned for, I found myself in grief, seclusion, amazement, and optimism as I continued forward. Sometimes it feels like everything is going against you.

But what you find, is everything is the way it’s meant to be.

These are my moments and my reflections, as I jotted while living it—the only way I know how to.
